2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access laju44's full range of services, you are required to register a valid account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. laju44 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. Users are also prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt platform systems
- Sharing your account with third parties or allowing others to use it
- Providing false information during the registration or identity verification process
3. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the laju44 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). No currency conversion is required for users in Malaysia. Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, bank transfers via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Hong Leong, Public Bank, and other major banks), and manual bank transfers.
Deposit Terms
Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method. Funds deposited into your account must come from a legitimate source and be your own personal funds. laju44 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for deposits that exceed certain thresholds, as part of our compliance process.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals can only be processed once identity verification (KYC) has been successfully completed. Where possible, withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Processing times vary by method — from a few minutes to one business day. laju44 reserves the right to withhold or reject withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or breaches of these terms.
Fees & Charges
Laju44 does not charge hidden fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond laju44's control. Users are advised to review the policies of their respective payment providers.
4. Limitation of Liability, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Laju44 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free of errors, or that it will meet any specific user expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, laju44 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
Account Suspension & Closure
Laju44 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of bots or automated software, or for legal compliance reasons. Upon account closure, any valid remaining balance will be processed for return in accordance with our internal procedures, subject to the completion of identity verification.
Intellectual Property
All content on the laju44 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and trade names — is the exclusive property of laju44 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, displaying, or modifying any platform content without prior written consent. Intellectual property violations may result in legal action.
